  • 1/2 cup broccoli florets (steamed)
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
  2. Add Aromatics: Stir in garlic, ginger, and green onion whites. Cook until fragrant.
