Frozen Meatballs:

  • 1 20 oz Bag frozen meatballs (or homemade)

Asian Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup Hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar

Garnish:

  • Green onions, diced
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Place the meatballs in your crockpot. Add the frozen or homemade meatballs into the crockpot.
  2. Mix the Asian sauce. In a bowl, combine hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and brown sugar. Pour this sauce over the meatballs.
  3. Coat the meatballs. Toss the meatballs in the sauce to ensure they are fully coated.
  4. Cook in the crockpot. Cover and cook on high for 1-2 hours or on low for 2-4 hours, stirring occasionally.
  5. Garnish and serve. Once cooked, sprinkle with diced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
