Dry Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Nut Mixture:
- 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pistachios
- 1/4 cup finely chopped almonds
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- Additional honey for drizzling after baking
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners or by greasing well.
- Prepare dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix wet ingredients: In another bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, honey, milk, and vanilla extract until well mixed.
- Combine wet and dry: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
- Prepare nut mixture: In a small bowl, mix the walnuts, pistachios, almonds, cinnamon, and cloves.
- Combine all: Gently fold the nut mixture into the muffin batter.
- Fill muffin tin: Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake: Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
