  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

Vegetables:

  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • ½ cup snap peas, ends trimmed
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Extras:

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil for stir-frying
  • Steamed rice (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Beef: Thinly slice the beef against the grain. Marinate in soy sauce, garlic, and ginger for 15–30 minutes.
  2. Make the Sauce: Whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Heat the Pan: Heat vegetable oil in a wok. Sear beef until crispy; set aside.
  4. Stir-Fry the Vegetables: Add more oil. Stir-fry carrots, bell pepper, and broccoli until tender-crisp.
  5. Add the Snap Peas: Toss in snap peas; stir-fry for a few more minutes.
  6. Combine Beef and Sauce: Return beef to the pan with the sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
