For the Crust:
- 2 cups (200g) crushed Golden Oreos or graham crackers
- 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
For the Cheesecake Filling:

- 1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream, cold
- 1 cup (100g) powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup (120ml) strawberry jam or puree

- 1/2 cup (60g) freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
