  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 large egg

  • 1/4 cup blueberry jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. Cream butter and sugars: Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
