Chicken:

  • 12 lb chicken breasts, about 78 oz each

Breading:

  • ¼ cup mayo (high quality!- Best Foods, Hellmann’s, Dukes, or homemade)
  • ½ cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Prep the Ingredients – Remove the chicken breasts from the fridge 15-30 minutes before cooking. Preheat the air fryer to 360F for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Coating the Chicken – Brush both sides of the chicken breasts with mayonnaise. In a plastic bag, combine the chicken, breadcrumbs, and parmesan. Shake to coat the chicken evenly.
  3. Cooking in Air Fryer – Air fry the breaded chicken at 360F for 10 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 12-16 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160F.
