4.8 from 20 reviews

Bundt Pan Nachos is a fun and easy twist on traditional nachos, perfect for parties and gatherings. Layers of seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, and crispy tortilla chips baked together in a bundt pan for a unique presentation.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Nachos:

  • 1/2 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup diced yellow onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 8 ounces Colby jack cheese, shredded
  • 12 ounces bag of tortilla chips (Tostitos brand – use about 2/3 of the bag)

Optional Garnish:

  • Sour cream
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). Spray a 12-cup capacity bundt pan with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Cook Beef Mixture: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, diced onion, salt, and pepper for 6–7 minutes until no pink remains. Drain excess fat. Return skillet to medium heat and stir in water and taco seasoning. Cook for 2–3 more minutes until liquid is mostly evaporated. Remove from heat.
  3. Layer Ingredients: Layer half of the shredded cheese into the bottom of the prepared bundt pan. Add half of the beef mixture and then 1/3 of the tortilla chips. Do not pack the chips down. Add remaining cheese, the rest of the ground beef, and another 1/3 of the tortilla chips on top. Avoid overfilling; just create an even layer.
  4. Bake: Bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Finish and Serve: Remove from oven and place a large, heatproof plate over the bundt pan. Invert the pan so the nachos are transferred onto the plate. Remove the bundt pan carefully. Replace any cheese that may have stuck to the pan. Top with optional garnishes such as sour cream, diced tomatoes, and chopped cilantro if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

  • This recipe is easily customizable with your favorite toppings like jalapeños, black olives, or guacamole.
  • Make sure not to overfill the bundt pan to allow for even heating and melting of the ingredients.
