These Cheeseburger Sliders are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or meal. Perfect for parties or a fun family dinner, these sliders are packed with savory beef, gooey melted cheese, and tangy pickles sandwiched between soft dinner rolls.

Beef Mixture:

  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1 ½ pounds ground beef
  • 1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Slider Assembly:

  • 1 package (12 sliders) dinner rolls
  • 1 block (8 ounces) cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ¼ dill pickle, thinly sliced (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Cook Beef: Heat oil in a skillet, add ground beef and cook until browned. Add onion and sauté until tender. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
  3. Assemble Sliders: Place dinner rolls on the baking sheet, slice them in half, and spread the beef mixture over the bottom half. Top with cheddar cheese and pickles. Cover with the top half of the rolls.
  4. Bake: Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted. Slice and serve warm.
