For the Lasagna Rolls:

  • 12 lasagna noodles

For the Filling:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For Garnish:

  • Fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Noodles: Boil lasagna noodles until al dente, then drain and lay flat on a towel.
  2. Mix the Filling: In a bowl, combine chicken, ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Assemble the Rolls: Spread Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Roll the noodle with 1/4 cup filling and place seam-side down in the dish.
  4. Top with Sauce and Cheese: Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over rolls and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
  5. Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until bubbly.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and serve.
