Cookie Dough:
- 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
- 6 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
Chocolate Chips:
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, mini or regular
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking soda. Set aside.
- Mix Butter and Sugar: In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugars until well combined.
- Add Egg and Vanilla: Beat in the egg and vanilla until just combined.
