Brownie Bombs:

  • 1 box of brownie mix and the ingredients it takes to make them
  • 3/4 cup chocolate frosting
  • 15 oz almond bark melted according to package instructions
  • 1 can of cherry pie filling or maraschino cherries (see note)

Instructions

  1. Bake the Brownies: Prepare and bake the brownies as directed, ensuring they are not overcooked. Let them cool completely.
  2. Prepare Brownie Mixture: Crumble the baked brownies and mix in chocolate frosting until you achieve a cake pop-like consistency.
  3. Form Brownie Balls: Take a portion of the brownie mixture, form a ball, make a hole in the center, and place a cherry inside. Seal the cherry inside the brownie ball.
  4. Freeze the Bombs: Place the assembled brownie bombs in the freezer for about 20 minutes to set.
  5. Coat with Almond Bark: Melt the almond bark, dip each brownie bomb into the melted chocolate, tap off excess, and refrigerate.

Notes

  • You can use either cherry pie filling or maraschino cherries for the filling.
