Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Combine the wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined. Stir in the buttermilk.
