Steak Bites:

Marinade:

  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Additional:

  • 2 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat the Steak Dry: Use paper towels to dry steak cubes to enhance searing and flavor.
