Sweet Potatoes:
3 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
Mashed Sweet Potatoes:
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
Boil Sweet Potatoes: Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Boil the sweet potatoes for about 30 minutes until they are easily pierced with a fork.
