  • ½ cup cranberry sauce, purchased or homemade
  • 1.9 ounces package frozen mini fillo shells (15 shells)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure it is ready for baking the fillo shells.
  2. Prepare Brie: Cut the brie cheese into ½ inch squares. You may remove the rind if you prefer, though it is edible and can be left on for extra texture and flavor.
  3. Assemble Bites: Place one brie square inside each mini fillo shell.
  4. Add Cranberry Sauce: Spoon about ½ teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top of the brie in each shell.
  5. Bake: Arrange the filled fillo shells on a small baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 7 to 8 minutes, until the brie starts to soften and the shells are crisp. Serve warm or at room temperature.
