Indulge in the deliciousness of Frozen S’mores, a delightful frozen treat that combines the classic flavors of s’mores with a cool and creamy twist. Perfect for hot summer days or anytime you crave a sweet, frozen dessert.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Chocolate Layer:

  • 1 (5.9-ounce) box instant chocolate pudding
  • 2 ½ cups whole milk
  • 2 ½ cups Cool Whip , defrosted and divided
  • 12 graham crackers , broken in half and divided

For the Marshmallow Cream Layer:

  • 5 ounces cream cheese , at room temperature
  • 7 ounces marshmallow creme
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chocolate Layer: Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving extra parchment hanging over, for easy removal. Whisk together the pudding mix, milk, and 1/2 cup Cool Whip until smooth.
  2. Assemble the Layers: Arrange half of the graham crackers on the bottom of the dish. Spread the chocolate pudding mixture evenly over the crackers. Chill in the refrigerator.
  3. Make the Marshmallow Cream Layer: In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and marshmallow creme until smooth. Fold in 2 cups of Cool Whip and a pinch of salt.
  4. Layer and Freeze: Spread the marshmallow cream mixture over the chilled chocolate layer. Top with the remaining graham crackers. Cover with foil and freeze for at least 6 hours or until set.
  5. Serve: Lift the frozen dessert out of the dish using the parchment paper. Cut into squares using the graham crackers as a guide. Trim any excess filling. Enjoy immediately or store in the freezer, allowing to soften slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For a twist, try using different flavors of pudding mix such as vanilla or butterscotch.
  • Feel free to add crushed nuts or chocolate chips between the layers for extra texture.
