  • 1 package (14.3 ounces) Golden Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup salted butter, melted

Lemon Pudding Layer:

  • 2 packages (3.4 ounces each) instant lemon pudding mix
  • 3 ¼ cups milk

Cream Cheese Layer:

  • 2 containers (8 ounces each) Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 block (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare Oreo Crust: Crush all Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Reserve 3/4 cup for topping. Press remaining crumbs mixed with melted butter into a greased 9×13-inch dish for the crust.
  2. Prepare Lemon Pudding Layer: Mix lemon pudding mixes with milk, let thicken in fridge.
  3. Prepare Cream Cheese Layer: Blend cream cheese until smooth, add powdered sugar, fold in one container of Cool Whip.
  4. Assemble: Spread cream cheese mixture over crust, top with lemon pudding, then remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle reserved Oreo crumbs on top.
