Instructions
- Prepare Graham Crackers: Carefully break each of the four graham cracker sheets in half, creating eight individual graham cracker squares to be used as the sandwich base and top.
- Arrange Marshmallows: Place four of the graham cracker squares evenly spaced in the bottom of the air fryer basket. Top each cracker square with one marshmallow, positioning them so they will toast evenly.
- Air Fry Marshmallows: Set the air fryer to 400°F (204°C) and cook the marshmallows for 4 to 6 minutes, monitoring closely until they reach your desired level of toastiness and golden brown color.
- Add Chocolate and Top: Break the Hershey’s candy bar into pieces equal in size to cover each marshmallow. Immediately place the chocolate pieces on top of the toasted marshmallows, then cover each with the remaining four graham cracker squares to form sandwiches.
- Melt Chocolate with Residual Heat: Return the s’mores to the air fryer basket and insert back into the air fryer for 30 seconds with the air fryer turned off. This allows the residual heat to gently melt the chocolate without overcooking the marshmallows.
