Ingredients

Scale

Chocolate Base

  • 2 cups White Chocolate Melting Wafers (can use white chocolate chips)
  • 1/3 cup Green Candy Melts

Toppings

  • 1/2 cup Lucky Charms Marshmallows (or more to taste)
  • 2 Tablespoons Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prepare Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and make cleanup easier.
  2. Melt White Chocolate: Melt the white chocolate wafers using a double boiler or microwave. If using a microwave, heat in 20-second intervals, stirring after each until the chocolate is smooth and fully melted.
  3. Spread White Chocolate: Pour and spread the melted white chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Melt and Swirl Green Candy Melts: Melt the green candy melts separately. Drop spoonfuls over the white chocolate rectangle and use a spatula to swirl the green and white chocolate together to create a marbled effect.
  5. Add Toppings: Sprinkle the Lucky Charms marshmallows and sprinkles evenly on top of the swirled chocolate surface.
  6. Set the Bark: Allow the chocolate to set completely at room temperature for about an hour until firm.
  7. Cut and Serve: Once set, cut the bark into pieces of your desired size and enjoy.

Notes

  • For quicker setting, place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes instead of letting it set at room temperature.
  • You can substitute Lucky Charms marshmallows with any other colorful mini marshmallows for a similar effect.
  • Use good quality white chocolate for the best flavor and smooth texture.
  • Store leftover bark in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator to maintain freshness.
  • Be careful not to overheat the chocolate to avoid burning or graininess.
