For the patties:
- 1.3–1.5 lbs ground chuck
- 1 Tbsp McCormick Grill Mates “Montreal Steak Seasoning”
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tbsp A1 Steak Sauce
For assembly (customize to taste):
