  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk

For the breading:

  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

For the topping:

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
