Brownies

  • 1 cup salted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 teaspoons vanilla extract

Chocolate Frosting

  • 1/4 cup salted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup 2% milk
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Brownies: Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper and spray with non-stick spray. In an electric stand-mixer bowl, combine melted butter and cocoa powder. Add flour and sugar, then mix in eggs and vanilla. Pour batter into the dish and bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes.
