  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

Peaches:

  • 56 peaches, cut into 8 wedges
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Maple Butter:

  • 4 tablespoons salted butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F. Place a 9×13 inch baking dish with the butter in the oven to melt.
  2. Make the batter: Combine flour, 3/4 cup brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Add milk and vanilla, mix until just combined.
  3. Prepare the peaches: Toss peaches with 1/4 cup brown sugar and maple syrup.
