Garlic Powder:

1/2 tsp

Salt:

Black Pepper:

Beef Broth:

1 cup

Cheddar Cheese:

1 cup (shredded)

Olive Oil:

1 tbsp (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Potatoes: Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes and cook for 8-10 minutes until they start to soften and lightly brown. Remove and set aside.
  2. Cook the Ground Meat: In the same skillet, cook the ground meat until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
