Peach Bread Ingredients:

  • 2 large peaches (300 grams after peeled and chopped)
  • ½ tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¾ teaspoon pure almond extract
  • 1 and ½ cups all-purpose flour, dip and sweep
  • 2 and ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 to 1 and ½ teaspoons cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup butter, melted and cooled
  • ½ cup milk, room temperature

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease and line a loaf pan.
  2. Prepare Peaches: Peel and chop peaches into cubes. Mix with almond extract and lemon juice.
  3. Mix Dry Ingredients: Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  4. Mix Wet Ingredients: Whisk eggs and sugar, then add milk and melted butter.
  5. Combine Mixtures: Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix. Add peaches and stir.
  6. Bake: Transfer batter to loaf pan and bake for 44-48 minutes.
  7. Cool and Serve: Let the bread cool in the pan before slicing and serving.
