A delightful Pineapple Pretzel Salad recipe that combines the salty crunch of pretzels with a creamy, sweet pineapple filling. Perfect for potlucks and gatherings!

Pretzel Crust

  • 2½ cups crushed pretzels
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • ⅔ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • ¾ cup butter, melted

Cream Cheese Filling

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounce cool whip

Pineapple Topping

  • 21 ounce can pineapple pie filling
  • 15 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained and squeeze the liquid out well

Instructions

  1. For the Pretzel Crust – Preheat the oven to 375°. Crush pretzels, mix with vanilla, brown sugar, flour, and melted butter. Press into baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
  2. For the Cream Cheese Filling – Beat cream cheese until smooth, add powdered sugar and cool whip. Spread over cooled crust.
  3. For the Pineapple Topping – Top with pineapple pie filling, crushed pineapple, and remaining pretzel mixture. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.

Notes

  • Make sure to drain the crushed pineapple well to avoid excess liquid in the salad.
