  • 2/3 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 small ripe bananas, mashed (about 1 1/2 cups)
  • 1 1/22 cups chopped Reese’s cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare pans: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 2 standard loaf pans.
  2. Mix peanut butter and sugars: Cream together peanut butter, softened butter, and vanilla until fluffy. Add granulated and brown sugars, beat until combined.
  3. Add eggs and dry ingredients: Beat in eggs one at a time. Gradually add flour and yogurt, alternating and mixing until combined.
  4. Combine wet and dry mixtures: Fold in mashed bananas and chopped Reese’s until fully incorporated.
  5. Bake: Divide batter between pans, bake for 35 minutes. Check for browning, cover with foil if needed. Continue baking for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
