These Salisbury Steak Meatballs are a comforting and flavorful dish perfect for a cozy dinner. Juicy meatballs smothered in a rich mushroom gravy, cooked to perfection in a slow cooker.

Meatballs:

  • 26 oz. frozen meatballs, (no need to defrost)

Gravy:

  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp. onion powder
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • 1.74 oz. brown gravy mix (2 packets)
  • 1 ½ cups water

Instructions

  1. Add the meatballs to the slow cooker. Add the mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  2. In a small bowl whisk together the gravy mix and water. Pour the gravy mixture over the meatballs.
  3. Cook on LOW for 4 hours.
  4. Stir, serve and enjoy.
