Ingredients

Macaroni pasta – 2 cups

  • Cooked shrimp – 1 pound
  • Mayonnaise – 1 cup
  • Sour cream – ½ cup
  • Dijon mustard – 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
  • Celery, chopped – ½ cup
  • Red bell pepper, diced – 1 medium
  • Green onions, sliced – ½ cup
  • Dried dill weed – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – to taste
  • Black pepper – to taste

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Prepare the Shrimp
    Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes, or until pink and opaque. Drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside to cool.
  2. Step 2: Cook the Pasta
    In a separate pot, boil water with a pinch of salt. Add macaroni and cook until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
  3. Step 3: Chop the Vegetables
    While the pasta is cooking, chop celery, red bell pepper, and green onions into small, uniform pieces.
  4. Step 4: Make the Dressing
