  • 5 medium-sized potatoes, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika (to season potatoes)

For Chicken:

  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce (enough to coat chicken)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare Potatoes: Wash and chop the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
  2. Layer in Slow Cooker: Place the seasoned potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Lay the chicken on top of the potatoes.
  3. Add Flavors: Spread minced garlic evenly over the chicken. Coat the chicken with Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce.
  4. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
  5. Final Touch: In the last 30 minutes, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top. Cover and allow it to melt.
  6. Serve: Serve warm, garnished with extra Parmesan or herbs if desired.
