  • 1 box Kodiak Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 2 tablespoons water

For the Cookie Layer:

  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups Kodiak Chocolate Chip Power Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mix

For Toppings:

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 2 Kodiak S’mores Chewy bars, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9×13” baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Brownie Layer: In a mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, melted butter, avocado oil, 2 eggs, and water. Whisk until smooth and spread in the baking pan.
  3. Make the Cookie Dough: In another bowl, beat softened butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, yolks, and vanilla. Mix in waffle mix to form a dough.
  4. Assemble the Layers: Flatten cookie dough and place on top of brownie layer. Sprinkle with chocolate chips, marshmallows, and crumbled chewy bars.
  5. Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked. Cool, cut into squares, and store.
