  • 1 and 1/4 cups (249g) granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 2 large egg yolks, at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons (28g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup (113ml) heavy cream, at room temperature

Instructions

  1. For the Crust: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the springform pan. Mix crust ingredients, press into pan, and bake.
